I don't like HK Express, fares is not really as cheap as they said, n we can't buy the meals in the plane (though we didn't reserve the meals on line but can't accept that they only provide the cup noodle for $30 each, why don't reserve some numbers of the meals for the passengers.Agnes Choy
When boarding onto plane, had to walk up the flight of stairs since the plane was not parked right next to Terminal building. That is inconvenient to those with bad knees or carrying cabin suitcase, better to have alerted passengers about this before confirmation of ticket purchase.Wong
U told me one baggage included for free. But when I checked-in, there is no record for my baggage. I need to pay HKD430 instead of HKD200 for my baggage! I hate yr misleadingNicole
I am rather tall (194cm) and as such leg space is always a problem however, the person during check in did her best to accommodate my needsSebastian
My flight got cancelled due to the MERS outbreak in Korea, I had to find out this information on my own, HK Express only informed me few days after the flight was cancelled, still waiting for my refund, the entire process is poorly handledDino Lee
